United Tractors Head Office building achieved Platinum Green Building from Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI).
We designed this iconic building based on the spirit of the company that represent an energetic working spirits to excellence; dynamic, active, movement and continuous. This building is also designed to achieve a platinum green building design.
An elevated green inner-court on this 10 storey building will act as a center of building composition to emphasize and elaborate the need of more oases within the whole 27,749 sqm site area of industry and manufacture ambiance. This inner-court will create abundant of natural light and fresh air into the building supported with green wall system and utilizing the Photo Voltaic panel that attached to building facades to fulfill self sustained energy for the building and also apply the integrated fresh ventilation system to it.
This 87.000 square meter building will house various business activities and also provides public facilities such as a ballroom etc. A clear zoning of these functions will give an efficient size of building which will achieve energy efficiency.
A vehicular entrance is created at the ground level (lower ground) and pedestrian access at the elevated ground (upper ground) and landscape accent is created by emphasized wide scale stairs in open plaza as a transition space for entering the building.
Integrated composition of buildings symbolize a spirit of work synergy among divisions, centralized with an inner-court as a place for communal interactions. Diagonal line and leaning surface dominantly create building silhouette to represent the movement of mechanism object as the major production of the company.
This green building is also supported with Eco Water Treatment system for supplying recycled water for flushing system or plant watering.
