Senior Project Manager
(Bandung)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing technical leadership and architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies, building code compliance and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project.
• Demonstrates strong and effective communication and direction which inspires high team performance.
• Reviews work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance and in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual.
• A strong team member with a passion to manage projects with high expectations for design excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Architecture.
2. Preferably IAI Member; SKA Certificate (Preferable).
3. Strong technical skills and demonstrated experience in all phases of architecture project deliver.
4. Experience in a wide variety of production and visualization software including but not limited to: Microsoft Project, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop AutoCAD, 3D modeling (SketchUp,3dMax) and PowerPoint.
5. Effective interpersonal communication skills, verbal, listening and written.
6. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn.
7. Collaborative and professional work ethic.
8. 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
9. Full-Time position(s) available.
10. Preferably living in Bandung
